Hillside TRA is a community group that works in Neilston
We are registered with East Renfrewshire Council.
We are all Volunteers who meet to promote the Interests of our community and Village
We try to give out accurate information and campaign on local issues.
We have campaigned against our Leisure Centre closing, Arriva buses and most recent Rent Increase 
Neilston has 5 TRA only 2 are registered to East Renfrewshire Council

 

A BIG IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY

HTRA have been responsible for many of the improvements in and around Hillside Estate. in 2005 we opened our Community garden in Hillside Crescent.
 The project transformed an area of open ground into an attractive and accessible space.
We had help from Cart Greenspace and East Renfrewshire Council along with grants from the Levern Valley Partnership
We Formed in 2003 and registered with East Renfrewshire Council in 2004
