There will always be Repairs
The group now have a repair system in place. One of the big problems is that repairs get lost.The TRA don't deal with reporting repairs we chase the one's that are lost or forgotten about.
Because the Resident wasn't home or the Tradesmen was off on the sick. In January 2007 Repair service went through a big change Opti-Time was introduced. As far as the group could see it was running fine till we did our survey. Here are 3 Facts,
62% of people surveyed said that there was no difference
49% said that they were still waiting on repairs being done after 3 weeks
68% of people said repairs weren't being done on the 1st visit

The group have run clubs from day one. Football, Music, Fishing, Arts and Crafts Multi-Sports ect,
Some have been more successful than others but you cant blame us for trying.
In 2009 we are now left with one club the Multi-Sports. In Neilston we have a strong youth movement and Lot's for Kids to do.
